Why are your products shipped from abroad(Asia, Hong Kong, China, etc)?
We are dedicated to giving you the best shopping experience possible, this includes PRICING! In order for us to keep our pricing as low as possible we don't use expensive storage warehouses. We ship our products directly from the manufactures and suppliers directly to your door step! Yes, this means you have to have a bit more patience with shipping times, but you're rewarded with great pricing and even better products!
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it ships by contacting us via email: email@example.com (make sure you provide your order number), or you can login to your customer account and cancel your order from there. Don't worry, if your order has already shipped, we accept returns for up to 30 days, as long as the item is in original unworn condition.

We're right here in the "Sunshine State"! Florida, United States. However, our products are manufactured and shipped from all over the world. This keeps the pricing affordable, and of course we pass the savings on to you.
How do I exchange products I've purchased under your 180 day guarantee?
We know accidents happen, and we want to make sure you get to enjoy your new purchase for as long as possible. So, if you stain, rip it, burn it, or just wear it until it falls apart, we'll give you a brand new one! Just write us a quick email with your order number explaining what happened. We'll let you know when we approve your exchange and ship out a fresh new one once we receive the old one from you. All we ask is that you pay for the shipping of the old one back to us. It's that easy!
I've returned an item or canceled an order, when will I get my refund?
We process all orders, including refunds and cancellations, as quickly as possible. Once we've received your return, or confirmed a cancellation, we process the refund immediately. Keep in my mind it may take 3-5 business days to reflect on your end depending on your bank or financial institution.
I placed an order, but didn't receive a confirmation or tracking.
